Proper use of equipment, earnestly implement the maintenance system , strict compliance with safety rules is to extend the life of the machine , increase productivity and ensure the necessary conditions for safe production. 1.Adding the oil tank must be rigorously filtered, and should always keep enough oil , the oil should be less filling immediately , to avoid pump suction empty noise

2 .The tank should be cleaned every six months and replace with new oil once, but for the first time to clean the filter oil should not exceed one month , used once , after strict new oil filter allows reuse once.

3 .Should be required for each machine at the skating lubrication .

4 .Should be expected to clean up the debris and keep the device inside a neat appearance after work every day.

5.Without learning , do not understand the machine structure , performance and operating procedures were not allowed to use the machine.

6.When there was a serious leak or abnormal phenomenon at work , you should stop immediately, analyze the reasons for troubleshooting , not forced to work sick .

7.The operation of the machine or packaging process, shall not be repaired , not touch moving parts , is prohibited in the bin by hand or foot pressed materials.

8.Pumps, valves, pressure gauges adjustments must be performed by experienced technical workers , if found faulty pressure gauge should be checked immediately repaired or replaced with new tables.
